Q: How old do you have to be to fly?
A: 14 with parental consent. Parent must also be present. We’ve successfully flown people 14-80 years old.
Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: Yes, 100 Lbs min/300pds max.
Q: Can anyone fly and how long does it take?
A: Yes, most people are airborne within 5 minutes but results will vary from person to person. Individual results will be based on your ability to follow your instructors directions and your sense of balance. We do not guarantee you’ll fly.
Q: How high can we go?
A: That will depend on your ability and safety limitations. The board has the ability to fly well over 30 feet in the air but most will fly between 5-10 feet depending on ability.
Q: Can anyone dive/dolphin dive?
A: Most people are able to do this but that will depend on ability, amount of flight time and safety limitations. We recommend not going deeper then 5 feet to avoid ear trauma.
Q: Is the safety equipment included?
A: Yes, both a proper fitting life jacket and helmet will be provided for anyone we fly.
Q: Is there a shoe size limit?
A: The standard hydroboard boot will handle most foot sizes from 7-12.
Q: Are we allowed to switch within the schedule flight time?
A: No, the rental rate is based on one flyer at time.

A: Yes, we offer a variety of discounts. Check out our specials page for monthly deals.
Q: Is hydroboarding safe?
A: Yes, in fact it is very safe. Our certified instructors control the amount of thrust and will always make sure you are flying within your ability level.
Q: Can I make a reservation?
A: Yes, just click on the reservations tab above, select your date, time and fill in the information and you’re ready to go!
Q: What is required?
A: Driver’s license, complete our instructions course, sign our contracts. Instructions is typically around 5 minutes.

A: You check in at our rental building and fly in front of the café.

A: Yes and no, some of our boats, like the sailboats & high powered ski boats do require experience but other boats do not.
Q: What do I need to rent a boat?
A: We require a matching credit/debit card and photo ID from someone over the age of 18.
Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
A: Yes, all boats require a contract to be signed by a legal adult who will be onboard the boat.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, most boats require a $500 deposit.

A: While strongly recommended for everyone, the U. S. Coast Guard only requires passengers under the age of 13 to wear lifejackets at all times.

A: Yes, all persons are required to wear a lifejackets while participating in watersports.

A: Yes, however the driver may never drink and everyone must abide by all rules and laws pertaining to alcohol on the lake. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any rental if we deem that the intoxication level is unsafe.

A: Yes, on designated boats only.
Q: Do you allow swimming off your boats?
A: Swimming is allowed off the majority of the boats

A: No, but you are welcome to bring your own.

A: Reservations for all boats require a ½ or full day rental and jet skis require a 2-hour rental. Walk up’s for any vessel require a 1-hour rental.

A: There is a shoreline however no vessels are permitted on the shore for safety reasons.

A: Lake Pleasant is 11 square miles with 116 miles of shoreline.
